Description
The residential residence “Am Klostergarten” Waldsassen is expected to be completed in March 2025 and comprises a high-quality, completely renovated residential complex on the site of the former hospital. The project consists of residential units, a medical center, a care facility and commercial units. The refurbishment is being carried out in accordance with the strict requirements of the KfW55 EE standard, which means that all investors can benefit from the highest state subsidies. The KfW55 EE standard not only guarantees high energy efficiency, but also a sustainable and future-proof construction method. The residential units offer barrier-free and age-appropriate living and are therefore particularly geared towards the needs of an ageing population. Due to demographic change and the increasing demand for age-appropriate living space, rental demand is expected to remain consistently high. The project combines living space, medical services and commercial units in a way that meets the requirements of modern, functional urban development. The promotion of commercial units is particularly noteworthy: Each commercial unit receives a tax-free subsidy of €900 per square meter from KfW, which makes the investment even more attractive. This subsidy is an incentive for tradespeople, who can benefit from the excellent location and high visibility. Professional property and rental management ensures efficient support and administration of the property, so that investors can rely on problem-free management.
Completion of the “Am Klostergarten” residential residence is scheduled for March 2025. Due to the strong demand, any units still available should be requested quickly in order to benefit from this future-oriented investment opportunity.
